Terms and Conditions - Referral
- This referral program lets you earn a referral bonus in the form of INR Rewards. The purpose of this referral program is to incentivize customers of CoinSwitch to introduce new traders from their respective networks. In this process, we recognize the CoinSwitch users for their efforts.
- As soon as your family or friend (“your referee”) signs up on CoinSwitch app using your unique referral link and fulfills the below conditions, you’ll start to receive the rewards every day. The reward amount will be credited in the form of INR and may vary from time to time.
- The following referral scheme is specific to you and will be applicable for referrals done after 6th October, 2022, 7.30 PM (IST).
- You will get 20% of the Total Trade Commission paid by your referee. The Trade commission will be calculated only on the trades executed on CoinSwitch PRO.
- You will continue to get the rewards till 1 year from the first trade date of your referee.
- There is no upper cap/limit on the amount of rewards you can earn
- TDS of 10 % will be applicable
- For you to get referral rewards, you must complete your KYC Bank Verification.
- You as Referrer will be entitled to receive the referral rewards (to be directly credited in your wallet) within 48 hours after confirmation of successful minimum trade volume activity undertaken by your Referee on CoinSwitch PRO. Note that the said trade volume will be calculated for a 7 (seven) day cycle (preferably Wednesday to Wednesday) for each Referee.
- For example: If your Referee starts trading on a Monday, then Coinswitch shall calculate the trade volume from Monday to Wednesday for the 1st credit and thereafter add your reward cycle for the trading by your Referee from following Wednesday to Wednesday cycle.
- The referral amount shall be credited in the form of INR derived at 12:00 am during the start of Wednesday cycle.
- We will have a right to deduct any transaction or platform cost, or any other charges incurred by us while crediting the rewards to the User who has received a voucher under the referral program.
- This program is applicable only to selected users and will be applicable from 6th October ’22 onwards
- Your referee must not have an existing CoinSwitch account.
- CoinSwitch reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the referral program, including terminating or suspending the referral program, with immediate effect, as it may deem fit without any prior notice.
- CoinSwitch reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any person/users from the CoinSwitch referral program for illegal or unlawful or other reasons as it may deem fit.
- CoinSwitch can't guarantee a voucher on every account you refer due to the limitations mentioned above and the risk of fraud, but we make a good faith effort to do so whenever possible. In addition, CoinSwitch reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the terms of the referral program at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or other reasons as it deems fit. By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that receiving a Voucher is not guaranteed by CoinSwitch.
- We constantly look out for fake or duplicate accounts. If we find something amiss, we will disqualify those accounts from being part of the referral program and withdraw any rewards that may have been credited earlier.
- If you find someone misusing the referral program, you can let us know by contacting us directly at support@coinswitch.co. We'll investigate it and take the necessary steps.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of CoinSwitch will be final and binding.
- The referral program is subject to our terms of use, trading policy and privacy policy, please read them carefully.
Terms and Conditions - Vouchers
- All verified users of CoinSwitch are eligible for redeeming vouchers. Partner brands that provide voucher codes to users would communicate the value and the expiry date of the voucher on their respective websites/apps.
- Vouchers from a partner brand can be redeemed a limited number of times as per the discretion of the partner brand.
- A verified user can redeem a unique voucher code only once.
- Some Vouchers are valid only for new users. Existing verified users of CoinSwitch will not be able to redeem such vouchers.
- Holders of the vouchers cannot exchange vouchers for their value in Rupees.
- A user is solely responsible for their voucher codes. CoinSwitch is not responsible for lost/stolen voucher codes.
- Some vouchers have a maximum number of redeems and hence would follow a first come first serve policy.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed after they have expired. CoinSwitch allows only one voucher code to be redeemed per user.
- CoinSwitch reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the vouchers, including terminating them, with immediate effect, as it may deem fit without any prior notice.
- CoinSwitch reserves the right to disqualify any person/persons/institutions from the CoinSwitch vouchers as it may deem fit.
- No legal clauses are binding CoinSwitch to honor any/all the redemption of vouchers.
- In case of any dispute, the decision taken by CoinSwitch will be final.
